To tune or Not to tune?

Yea I had NO idea what it was but you were right 100% of the time, I'm almost positive that there is a vacuum leak. There has to be a bit of unmetered air coming in. Now I'm going to make sure 100% I will make sure the piping is on air tight and will spend my time doing it one more time very tediously.
Thanks btWilson86. By the way Wilson, have u ever thought about go higher than 14psi?
