MX83... that's a Cressida, right?

I removed the A340e from my MA70 without any steering component removal and that created no problems. Perhaps in the MX83 the steering linkage is closer to the engine, and after removing the tranny there is the potential for the engine to contact the steering components? I would think if that were the case supporting the engine would be better advice.
