1986 1/2 toyota supra won't start justbtaps really loud.

Hi am Dan. I have a 1986 1/2 toyota supra automatic transmission. It's has 130,000 miles. I bought it about year ago from my uncles friend. Before I owned this it sat on my uncles land in two rivers Wisconsin for 3to 4 years. When I bought it for $250 it sat for about 4 more months than I paid to have it towed to a shop. When at the shop all the fluids were replaced and brakes were done along with this they also took apart my dash and fixed a starting issue. I got it in November " I live in iowa" I only drove it for about 3 months than it sat due to it being winter. This past week it's been very cold so I went to try and start it to let it warm up. When I try to start it all it does is tap any idea? Please need help ASAP! Thanks for reading
