Also, the ignition switch needs to be in the on position just long enough for the test. You should hear the fuel in the rail getting past the regulator (near the oil cap). As soon as the jumper is pulled, the sound stops. If it frozen cold, you may have water in the line thats frozen. In that case add a bottle of isopropyl alcohol gas line antifreeze (not rubbing alcohol which is part water).
