MOST of the 7m BHG's are internal, and you'll not see any coolant. They leak at one of the coolant passages next to a cylinder. The high combustion pressure & heat, and the original headbolt torque of 58 lbs is the cause.

Major signs include water loss, or too much, in the plastic bottle. Bublling sound from the heater core under the dash. Smell of exhaust in the plastic bottle. etc.
