ARP Studs or Bolts ??

I was looking for an HKS replacement headgasket on suprastore.com and was also browsing for ARP Head Studs. There are both Head Studs and Head Bolts. I was also looking at a helpful resource on BHG repair and it seems as though he only uses the ARP Head Bolts.

I was wondering which application would I use? Do I use both? What's the deal?
