JDM engines have all the ports for EGR, you just have to remove the block off plates and swap your parts over (including the cooler). The easiest way I can think of to make sure you do everything right is to pull the engine, put the 2 engines side by side, and swap over everything that's different. Depending on year, you may have to swap oil pans and oil pump pickup tube/screen. Since you have a Cali car, you will have more emissions components and electronics. Be sure you get them all so you can pass that wonderful smog test
