The conversion process will be very, very similar to the conversion process for a 6spd:

However, the 5spd can't hold anywhere near the power that the 6spd can. This is why the conversion you're suggesting isn't discussed. The 5spd can barely hold the power of a bpu'd TT. If you single turbo the 2jz-gte, the 5spd will be one of the first weak points you'll have to deal with in the driveline.
