The TPS should make no difference when clocked too far except that with the IDL switch out of what the idle will be horrible. The only thing you may be doing be clocking the TPS that far that I can think of is you may be opening the throttle plate with it as the TPS' internals reach full stop.... If this is the case, yes, the ISCV deserves more attention.
