1 = 155 psi
2 = 125
3 = 110
4 = 105
5 = 140
6 = 145

Can you give me any further thoughts? Should I do a leakdown test as well . . . ...

The short tube lengths that connect to the cam covers were rock hard and brittle, and had to be cut off with a chisel. If the silicone doesn't last long, at least those aren't too hard to get to ...

OK, the fun's over. Time to put things back together. I accept a run to Toyota for a timing belt, a new tensioner, and cam cover gaskets. And I don't expect there are any options for a replacement...

Bill: Thanks for the kind words. Can't believe how tight that bolt was. The wider the plate the better, as it really rocked up onto a corner before the bolt broke free. I'll repost just those photos...
