i drove mine on 95 today for about 30 miles , ran at about 80 mph (on average) my gauge stayed stuck on 170 on the way back i took back roads , same temp . have you hit FCO yet ?

i lapped the block for hours and then lapped the head after it was done by a machine. you could see the grooves...

get the head off and look at the condition of the block and the head to help decide on...
