thats a good question, my guess is yes if you can get insurance at all for race vehicles it would be a special (aka$$$costly) insurance.

your better off doing stuff where you dont' need to get extra insurrance
there are events here in New England that are privately owned and runwhere you don't need any insurance and you can win decent amounts of cash like 1500
