Default new gauges

im thinking of replacing the stock gauges on the dash with aftermarket ones

if i do,
would i jus be able to yank out the old ones and fit the new ones in there
would i be able to use the stock wiring for the new gauges
and if there's sumbody that already did this
what brand of gauges can use the factory wires?

i got tired of the green so i just went out and bought autometer bulb boots, they look like little mini light bulb condoms, and now my guages are blue, looks pretty nice just a cheaper way to go if you wanna change the color of the light. red didnt look so good it blends in with the redline and looks like guages from hell

ya, dont like red much. blue would be nice.... need something taht would go with black

anyways my oil pressure gauge doesnt work, the needle on my speedometer is shaky, was jsut wonder'n if there was any gauge i could get that would drop into the stock location and place it fairly easier.. basically all of them heh, also a boost gauge taht goes to 20psi would be nice
