Used is as good as you're going to get... No one's remanufacturing them AFAIF and the last known new Toyota harness sold years ago (for about $600 <---MSRP).

It's getting pretty hard to find a good condition wiring harness... you might want to consider rebuilding... Half the reason I just sold my Supra, right there; just can't get enough NEW replacement parts anymore.

ok thanks for tha input. its only missing a few plugs i just hate splicing stuff like one of the knock sensors is missing and a few others, onr thing i cant find is the part of the harness that goes to the coil packs. im new to the turbo world and this car was already taken apart for a motor swap when i got it. so there is alot of things i have never seen hooked up.

You can still get most of the connectors new; either in pigtails or at least the plastic housing and the crimp on pins.
