89 toyota supra wiring harness!

Hi! I have an 89 Toyota supra and I just put a new engine in it. (7MGE non turbo 3.0) and I'm about ready for the wiring harness but have no idea really where to start. I ran the harness underneath the intake manifold and connected it to the fuel injector rail. about mid way through the rail the wiring harness runs straight down along the side of the engine near the driver side motor mount. I have figured out everything up to there. but now the harness goes across the top of the engine and over with the throttle body and down the passenger side of the engine and from there its all gibberish.

SOMEONE HELP!!!
