The ram air was more like a cold air, kind of. The previous owner had cut some black plastic sheets about 1/4" thick, and boxed in the air filter that normally would be open to the fan (hot air), to block the heat coming from the engine into the intake.
Using the Acc. wire from the radio is fine, it wont hurt anything, only that your gauges are going to be on all the time day or night. |
