FS: 88 non-turbo 5 speed targa in Indiana

This is a great car! The chasis has 150,000 miles on it but the engine was totally rebuilt less than 20,000 miles ago.
Other new items include:
gas tank
tires
exhaust
clutch
seals for the targa top and doors will be included in the sale
There are probably other new items that I've forgotten about.

This car needs someone who enjoys doing cosmetic work - mostly interior. The exterior is straight and rust free but the paint is faded. The interior is pretty rough because the leather has not been taken care of through the years. Some seat covers would do wonders for it but I don't want to buy them because I want to be honest about the condition.

Other than the interior, there are only two other things that I would like to mention:
1. The AC does not work. We haven't had it looked at before because I preferred to have the top off instead of the AC on anyway.
2. It needs new struts. It currently has TEMS but we have done some looking around and it appears that you can replace them with regular struts in order to save some money. This is something else that we've decided not to do prior to selling the car because we don't want to put regular struts on it if the next owner wants TEMS. At the same time, we don't want to put the TEMS back on it and have to raise the price if the next owner doesn't care about what kind of struts it has.

I also noticed a typo that I made in the posting. I'm actually about an HOUR from Indianapolis, not a mile. I'm sorry!
