wtb 1993-98 clean supra turbo targa

hey, im looking for a 1993-1998 toyota supra turbo w/targa top.
the car can have dents scratches and w/e else. i dont want rust though
im also looking not to spend that much, like $10,000? if possible. thanks for looking.
